Central Michigan University (CMU) is nationally accredited and one of the 300 top-tier research educational institutions in the United States.  Within its undergraduate and graduate program offerings, it provides 16 Division I team, and 227 labs on campus. CMU prides itself of being an important entity in the State of Michigan, the Midwest, and the world. It centers on having the knowledge, ambition and resources to get things done in a big way as it accomplishes big important things that need to be addressed. At CMU, students learn to be a leader inside its campus and outside in the world by putting their knowledge to the test of to make an impact in the study field of their choice.

I received my Master of Arts in Education with a focus on training and development, the adult learner, curriculum and instruction from CMU’s College of Education and Human Services.  The mission of the college of Education and Human Services is to inspire, develop, and advance professionals through the global context of using evidence-based and applied learning approaches. The training and development concentration focuses on building one’s knowledge base to advance organizational development and to grow the human capacity. This program is designed to provide one with skills and knowledge to maintain a position in various fields of leadership or teaching within the ram of the adult learning environment.
